MODALITIES

INTENSIVE WORKSHOP – 2hrs

 

This express version takes the best of the extended version and condenses it in a two-hour session that allows for a checkup of the organization and for the planning of an initial approach to one of the organization’s most important stakeholders.

DURATION:   2hrs 

 

COST:     $ 2,333 MXN per team of 3 people

MEDIUM-LENGTH WORKSHOP – 4hrs

 

In the intermediate workshop we begin by making a selection of a challenge that the organization wants to work with. The various tools raise the stage to select two key stakeholders and thus meet specific goals for each of them to develop a significant engagement strategy.

 

DURATION:  4 hrs.

 

COST:    $3,500 MXN per team of 3 people 

ADVANCED WORKSHOP – 8hrs

We analyze the organization’s environment with several stakeholders at the time to sort them according to the impact they have on the organization’s performance. The various tools map out the interactions that will be used in the design of the engagement strategy through our exclusive Engagement Canvas.

 

This version of the workshop allows for a checkup of the organization and for the planning of an initial approach to one of the organization’s most important stakeholders.
